Terms of Use
Last updated: September 18, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Meridian Financial Command Center app ("the App"), published by Meridian Technologies, LLC ("Meridian," "we," "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License
Meridian grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own business or personal bookkeeping, subject to these Terms and Apple's Usage Rules and Media Services Terms.
Your data
You own the financial data you enter or import into the App. That data is stored in your own iCloud account, not on any Meridian server. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, backup, and lawful use of your data.
Not tax, legal, or financial advice
The App is a bookkeeping and organization tool. Nothing in the App — including tax reserve estimates, depreciation schedules, mileage rate calculations, or generated reports — constitutes tax, legal, financial, or accounting advice. Consult a licensed CPA or attorney before relying on any figure the App produces for a filing or financial decision.
Third-party services
The App relies on Apple's iCloud/CloudKit for data sync and, if you enable it, Google's Gmail API for the optional "Check Email" feature. Your use of those services is also governed by Apple's and Google's own terms. Meridian is not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of imported or extracted data, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including errors in financial records, missed tax deadlines, or data loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or discontinue the App or any feature (such as Check Email) at our discretion, with notice where reasonably practical.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Apple-specific terms
This EULA is between you and Meridian only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce it against you.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
